Parts warranty for all parts provided as part of your pool heating solution will be the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
At this time we do not yet list items for sale on our website. When we expand our site to do so the following conditions will apply.
Items listed for sale will be shipped via Australia Post parcel delivery. Orders will be dispatched within two business days.
We will only ship to locations in Western Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated and advised via our checkout page based on delivery address. We will email you the tracking info so you can track your delivery.
We do not provide a pickup option.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and presentable for sale. Return claims must also be lodged within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for return and refund.
To request a product return, we require you to contact us via our contact page using the email heading PRODUCT RETURN. Please state the reason for the return. Our contact page provides the option to attach photos to support your return claim. You will be issued a Product Return Number to be attached to the returned goods along with proof of purchase. We will also provide shipping instructions.
There are certain situations where refunds will NOT be granted:
- The item is not in the original packaging
- The item has been used
- The item is damaged from use
- The item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed for the cost of the product plus the original shipping and handling costs. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time period.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of being advised that your rerun has been accepted, check with your bank or credit card provider to verify their refund processing time frames. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page with the email heading REFUND ENQUIRY.
