Over time, exposure to the wind and rain can cause the matting and piping on the roof to move and get damaged.   It is a very good idea to inspect and replace these before they fail. A leaking system on the roof can cause damage to gutters, down pipes and ceiling spaces which can be quite costly.As you can see in the before and after photos, I can correct that.
